  • Our base rate for the certificate which covers Rebus' operational fees for the course including staffing, tools, and facilitator stipend.

  • Subsidized rate sponsored by the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation. (Approximately 50% off base rate)

If you find yourself unable to pay course registration fees, even on a sliding scale, we still have options for you in the form of further subsidies and even a limited number of full fee waivers. Please complete this application and we'll be in touch. 

Transparency principle

Our sliding scale model is an invitation to practice honest reflection on resource distribution. We ask that those with increased access to resources contribute more, enabling Rebus to make our training more accessible to those with fewer resources. This approach embodies our commitment to creating an equitable learning ecosystem. (This framing was inspired by the Rockwood Institute for Leadership and Equity Unbound)

Receiving a Certificate

Participants completing 80% or more of the course deliverables will be issued a micro credential including a badge and digital certificate.

Discounts and Scholarships

In an effort to ensure that fees are not a barrier to participation, we offer some full scholarships for members of groups confronted with historical and/or current barriers to equity. We ask that you please introduce yourselves over email so we may better understand your perspective and your motivation for participating in this course. Your request will be given the care and consideration it deserves.

Refund & Transfer Policy

You may defer your enrollment at least 14 days before the course start date. If you contact us less than 14 days before a course starts, we may be unable to accommodate this deferral request. Course registration fees are fully refundable up to 30 days before the course start date. If you contact us less than 30 days before the course starts, the tuition is non-refundable. Please send us an email at contact@rebus.community if you will be unable to attend and need to defer or cancel your registration.
